    4. Convert your open house attendees into potential new buyers and sellers. After creating the strategic calendar that allows you to market the home and attract more buyers for the property, you will also meet new potential buyers and sellers.

By incorporating a more effective and strategic marketing plan for sellers, you can better market your new listings, create urgency, and attract more qualified buyers to your listings.
